1. Sponsor
This giveaway is hosted by the Pigeon Forge Chamber of Commerce, located at 231 Dollywood Lane, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform on which it is promoted.

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Pigeon Forge Chamber of Commerce, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to win.

3. Entry Period
The contest begins on August 25th, 2025 at 12:00AM and ends on September 18th, 2025 at 11:59PM. All entries must be received during this time to be eligible.

4. How to Enter
To enter:
• Follow @pigeonforgechamber on Instagram and Facebook
• Like the giveaway post on Instagram and Facebook
• Fill out the official entry form on our website.
Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winner will be notified via direct email from The Pigeon Forge Chamber of Commerce within 48 hours of contest close. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize
The Grand Prize will include a Hilton Garden Inn 2-night stay, Attraction Tickets to: Space Race Adventures, Moonshine Mountain Coaster and PF Racing Coaster, Evanswood Magic Theater Family (4) Pack Tickets, The Christmas Place $250 Gift certificate, Hurshel’s Outfitters $150 gift certificate, Corky’s BBQ $25 gift card and A Walk in the Woods 3Hr family drive/short hike for family

• No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at sponsor’s discretion.
• The prize is non-transferable.
Winner is responsible for all taxes or fees associated with the prize.

7. Rights Granted by You
By entering this contest, you understand and agree that the Pigeon Forge Chamber of Commerce, anyone acting on its behalf, and its licensees may use your entry (including comments or photo submissions) for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation or notice.

8. General Conditions
• The Chamber reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at its sole discretion.
• Any fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
• By participation, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor.
