Get ready for one of the most thrilling Fourth of July events in Gatlinburg! The River Raft Regatta, an exciting unmanned floatable race down the Little Pigeon River, returns as a highlight of Gatlinburg’s Independence Day celebration.
Held on July 4th, the Regatta kicks off at 11:00 AM with participant check-in at the Edgewater Hotel & Conference Center. The race officially begins at 1:00 PM, as hundreds of whimsical, decorated floatables set sail toward the finish line at Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies plaza.
🎉 Whether you bring your own creative float or enter a rented rubber duck for just $2 (or 3 for $5), this event is fun for all ages. Proceeds benefit the Gatlinburg Chamber Foundation, making it a great way to give back while joining in on the summer fun.
