9:00 am - 12:00 pm

This event has passed.

Reconnect with nature on a guided Forest Bathing Walk led by ANFT-certified guide Debby Singleton. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, this immersive experience invites you to slow down and engage your senses while surrounded by the natural beauty of the Smokies.

Participants will enjoy a mindful blend of gentle walking, observation, reflection, and quiet solo time along the trail. Forest bathing has been shown to help reduce stress, support immune health, boost creativity, and provide a sense of mental clarity and restoration.

The experience concludes with a peaceful tea ceremony and light snacks provided by your guide.
