As of May 28th, 2021: Businesses in the Great Smoky Mountain region are open. The mask mandate has been lifted, though face masks may be required at specific retailers. Lodging & Accommodations Guidelines
Lodging is now open in Pigeon Forge! Protecting guests is a high priority for all lodging and accommodation partners. Social distancing practices will be reinforced in common areas including check in and out and all lobby areas. Masks may be required in common areas. Lodging accommodations will create and distribute a welcome letter that explains current services and amenity adjustments and any restrictions. All properties will maintain inventory of all cleaning products.
