A new pedestrian connection is making it easier for visitors to explore some of Pigeon Forge’s popular attractions, shops and entertainment destinations.
The Rockin’ Three Bears Bridge officially opened on July 22 in Pigeon Forge, providing a safe and convenient pedestrian connection between The Island in Pigeon Forge, Rockin’ Raceway Arcade and Three Bears General Store.
The new bridge creates an easier way for families and visitors to travel between these destinations without having to navigate the roadway, helping make it more convenient to experience even more of what this area of the Parkway has to offer.
A New Connection for Pigeon Forge Visitors
The Rockin’ Three Bears Bridge was created to improve pedestrian access between several popular Pigeon Forge destinations.
Visitors exploring The Island can now use the pedestrian bridge to conveniently access Rockin’ Raceway Arcade and Three Bears General Store. The connection also makes it easier for guests visiting the arcade or shopping at Three Bears to continue exploring nearby attractions and businesses.
The bridge officially opened during a ribbon-cutting ceremony on July 22, with Daniel DeLozier and Alex DeLozier of DeLozier Enterprises, Bucky Mabe, CEO of FACE Amusement Group, and Rusty Mabe, Chief Experience Officer of FACE Amusement Group, participating in the celebration.
For families spending the day in Pigeon Forge, the new bridge adds another convenient connection to the area’s mix of shopping, entertainment, dining and attractions.
Explore Three Bears General Store
Located along the Parkway, Three Bears General Store has been welcoming families to Pigeon Forge since 1979. The attraction is known as one of the Smokies’ largest gift shops, featuring more than 100,000 items ranging from Smoky Mountain souvenirs and apparel to home décor, toys, candy and locally inspired specialties.
Visitors can also enjoy a variety of entertainment and experiences during their visit, including live bears, homemade fudge, hand-dipped ice cream, an arcade and Old Time Photos.
With the new bridge, guests visiting Three Bears General Store have an additional convenient pedestrian connection to nearby destinations.
Family Fun at Rockin’ Raceway
Rockin’ Raceway Arcade, operated by FACE Amusement Group, offers arcade games and entertainment for visitors looking for family-friendly fun along the Pigeon Forge Parkway.
The new pedestrian bridge provides direct access between Rockin’ Raceway and the surrounding destinations, making it easier for visitors to add an arcade stop to their day in Pigeon Forge.
