Upscale Take on Breakfast, Brunch, & Lunch
Sometimes a vacation deserves a little more than just your standard pancakes, eggs, and bacon. Sometimes you desire French Toast covered in a layer of soft, powdered sugar. Or how about crispy banana eggroll covered in foster sauce? No, how about the ultimate omelet filled with shrimp, Tasso, onions, red & green bell peppers, cheddar jack cheese, and all topped with hollandaise sauce.
Well no matter what your taste buds are craving, we are sure that our September Member of the Month, Brick and Spoon, will have exactly what you need.
Sweet to Savory
Brick and Spoon does have it all, but not in the ordinary breakfast sense of the word. This New Orleans based business has taken the typical breakfast/lunch option and added its own Taste of Louisiana flare.
They have their famous Beignets, Pancakes, and French Toast (each covered with powdered sugar for your sweet tooth). You could try an omelet packed with fresh veggies, meats, and cheeses. Or snack away the morning with a homemade biscuit, breakfast fries, or deviled eggs (made just like you would find in New Orleans).
Not Just Breakfast
If you are not the typical breakfast person, well be happy to know that neither is Brick and Spoon. Eggs and Pancakes are not the only items on the menu. This Member offers fresh green salads topped with items like shrimp, avocado, poached egg, or fresh fruit.
Or you can find the answer to, “Where’s the Beef” with the Lunch menu of Brick and Spoon. Try a Cheeseburger or Bacon Cali Burger, or their famous Southwest Burger. Even better is that you can add additional items like egg bacon, grilled onions, avocado, or grilled mushrooms to any burger to really make it your own.
They even have specialty sandwiches to fill that lunch craving. From grilled veggies to a chicken club, to even a Fish or Shrimp Po Boy. There is so much to try, you may have to come back more than once in a day.
Drinks unlike any Other
The one thing that makes Brick and Spoon even more special is their drink list. From “Eye Opening” cocktails to Café Creations, you can wet your whistle and get your morning started off on the right foot. They even have a make-your-own bloody mary that allows you to wake up your senses like no other drink can.
Why not pair a good meal with a beer, Mimosas, or even a really good cup of coffee? So many choices, so many things to try, so little time to try them all.
No matter your taste buds or what you want to try, Brick and Spoon has the menu item to fill you up for your day of adventure. Then you can come back for lunch to try something different. So check out Brick and Spoon during your next trip to Pigeon Forge, TN. Trust me, you’ll thank us!
