Gatlinburg SkyPark
The Gatlinburg SkyPark was the first four-season scenic chairlift in the South and is a landmark on the Parkway, sweeping guests from the heart of town up five hundred vertical feet to the top of Crockett Mountain the absolutely best views in Gatlinburg. As you arrive at the top, make sure to smile as we take your photo. Once on solid ground, you'll find the expansive SkyDeck to take in sweeping vistas you won't find anywhere else, looking out over Gatlinburg and out across the highest peaks of Great Smoky Mountain National Park. After exploring the SkyDeck, SkyTrail, and spectacular SkyBridge, you'll ride the lift back down the mountain, enjoying ever-changing views throughout the journey. Once you reach the bottom of Crockett Mountain, you walk into our new, premium SkyPark Shop. Originally opened in 1954, the Gatlinburg SkyPark and a must-do experience for thousands of visitors each year, many of whom make a SkyLift ride an annual event. Today's SkyLift is a smooth, comfortable, three-seat chairlift built in 2017. The ticket window closes and the last chair up the mountain is at 9:00pm, the SkyBridge closes at 9:30pm, and the mountain closes at 10:00pm
