Bojangles began in 1977 as a quick-service restaurant chain featuring flavorful chicken made with a special blend of seasonings and served with hot, fresh buttermilk biscuits and one-of-a-kind sides like Dirty Rice or Cajun Pintos. Our biscuits are made from scratch and filled with mouthwatering items like spicy chicken filets, sausage or steak, country ham, eggs and cheese.
