Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Nic Sand is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and performer known for his raw, energetic sound that blends reggae, classic rock, blues, funk, and progressive rock influences into a style that is both dynamic and accessible.
From 2010 to 2014, Nic served as the lead songwriter, guitarist, and vocalist for the band Graham’s Number, performing throughout Georgia and across the Southeast. During that time, the band appeared at Florida’s renowned SunFest, opening for Bad Company, and later traveled to Arizona for another performance alongside the legendary rock group.
Throughout his career, Nic has also shared the stage with artists including Ed Roland and The Sweet Tea Project, Ross Childress of Collective Soul, Fortunate Youth, and The Movement.
Graham’s Number was also recognized as the winner of Atlanta’s Hard Rock Calling competition in 2011 and made appearances on 11Alive.
