Cast your line and compete in one of the Smokies’ most exciting fishing events at the 8th Annual Sevierville Smallmouth King Bass Tournament! Hosted by the Sevierville Chamber of Commerce, this two-day competition invites anglers of all skill levels to test their abilities on some of East Tennessee’s premier smallmouth bass waters.
This unique, smallmouth-bass-only tournament follows a catch-photograph-release format, allowing participants to fish from the shore, wade into the river, or compete by kayak. Taking place during peak spring migration, the Little Pigeon River will be full of action as anglers pursue trophy-worthy catches.
Competitors will be scored based on their total combined length of smallmouth bass (minimum 12 inches) over the two-day event. With real-time updates throughout the tournament, both participants and spectators can follow the excitement as it unfolds.
At the conclusion of the tournament, prizes will be awarded to the top three anglers with the highest total length.
