Unleash your creativity in this fun, one-day bead weaving workshop designed for youth ages 7+ and adults of all skill levels.
Participants will learn the basics of bead weaving using pony beads and elastic while creating a collection of adorable critters. With step-by-step guidance, students can make a variety of beaded animals such as a gecko, frog, ladybug, crab, dragonfly, snake, and fox. Creations can even be transformed into unique critter keychains.
Once you’ve mastered the basics, you’ll be encouraged to let your imagination shine by designing your own original beaded animals. Join us to learn a new skill and take home a charming collection of handcrafted critters.
Thanks to the generous support of the Fleur Bresler Scholarship Endowment, $94 has been deducted from the standard youth tuition cost, making this workshop just $18 for youth participants.
Youth Registration & Safety Information
Arrowmont is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all young artists. All instructors teaching youth workshops undergo background checks.
To ensure safe arrival and dismissal:

Parents/guardians must complete the registration form using the parent’s contact information as the primary contact.

The form allows you to designate an additional approved adult for drop-off and pick-up.

Authorized adults must sign students in and out of class.
For youth ages 16–18 who will be driving themselves, please complete the registration form as outlined above and list the student as the approved drop-off/pick-up individual.

Students under 16 may not check themselves out.

Students without a valid driver’s license must be signed in and out by an adult.
