Crave Golf Club offers two candy-themed mini-golf courses that are Willy Wonka approved. Raining? No problem! Crave offers an indoor course with 19 unique holes. Crave also offers mini-bowling, a giant candy store, and their NEW escape rooms! Try out their Mayday or Zombie Research Lab escape rooms to test your problem solving abilities! 3. Ripley’s Aquarium
When it’s storming outside, you can still have an amazing indoor adventure with Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies. You and your family will get to see creatures of the deep up close and personal as you transverse the extensive aquarium. Exhibits cover all types of amazing sea creatures, as you explore the Tropical Rainforest, the Ocean Realm, the Coral Reef, and the Gallery of the Seas.
For instance, you can marvel at 12 foot sharks and giant sea turtles as you glide through the underwater tunnel at Shark’s Lagoon. Ripley’s was also voted one of the best places in the world to see penguins by USA Today, for good reason; you can get an up-close-and-personal view of all the Ripley penguins at Penguin Playhouse! During the summer you can also check out their famous Mermaid Show, which airs every day at 12:00, 2:00, and 4:00 pm in the coral reef exhibit.
You can enjoy tons of interactive elements like feeding shows in Coral Reef, petting stingrays in Sting Ray Bay, or touching a live jellyfish! Also, don’t miss out on their brand new Shipwrecks exhibit!

When it’s raining, museum attractions are some of the best adventures Pigeon Forge has to offer. Our museum attractions aren’t your typical dusty repository of information. They make learning fun with interactive exhibits and creative mind stimulating subjects. Whether its immersing yourself in the past, exploring the breadth of scientific discovery, or just having a lot of fun, there’s a museum attraction for you and your family! Here’s a few to look into:
Alcatraz East Crime Museum
Alcatraz East Crime Museum is a newer museum attraction in Pigeon Forge, and it is already making an impact. The museum features artifacts and exhibits exploring the history of crime in the United States. You’ll see artifacts like the White Brono O.J. Simpson used to flee from police, Al Capone’s machine gun, and so much more! Interactive exhibits showcase things like the CSI process or the inside of a 19th century jail cell. This interesting and informative museum sheds new light on the history of crime in America.
Titanic Museum
History enthusiasts will love stepping back in time with this amazing museum attraction. Built as a replica of the original Titanic, you’ll have the opportunity to see what life on the famous ship was like first-hand. From sitting on a bunk of a third-class passenger, to checking out some of the more than 400 exclusive artifacts, to seeing the ever-growing iceberg found inside, this is a perfect adventure through time. Although you’ll escape the rain, you get the chance to feel the icy waters first hand! How long can you keep your hand submerged?
When visitors step inside the ship, they’ll receive a boarding pass that represents an actual passenger of the ship! As visitors transverse the museum, they’ll have the chance to discover if their passenger was able to survive the tragedy.
The ship is always changing and displaying new exhibits and artifacts. Be sure to check out the wedding dress display full of dresses designed by Lucy, Lady Duff-Gordon.
WonderWorks
Wonderworks is an amazing indoor adventure on any day, but especially when the weather isn’t cooperating with you and your family’s plans. Inside, visitors will learn about natural disasters, physics and engineering, light and sound, space, and so much more through more than 100 interactive and engaging exhibits.
One of the best parts of Wonderworks is the sheer number of activities visitors can enjoy. You can try out their four-story, glow-in-the-dark indoor ropes course, overcoming 50 obstacles while you climb four stories. You can also challenge your friends and family in Wonderworks’ laser-tag arena or the video arcade area. Or, you can be amazed by the Wonders of Magic show with Terry Evanswood, the longest headline performer in Pigeon Forge. If you’re outdoor adventure gets rained out, Wonderworks has you covered with tons of indoor adventures for the entire family.
5. Flyaway Indoor Skydiving
We’ve offered a lot of fun activities for a rainy day in Pigeon Forge on this list. But, what about flying? Flyaway Indoor Skydiving gives you the experience of skydiving indoors! Flyaway is America’s first vertical wind tunnel, which helps you break from the chains of gravity and soar. You can test your skills in a single flight session or participate in a personalized coaching program. This attraction is a popular training resource for sport skydivers, competition teams, and military units. But, you can enjoy it on a rainy day, today!
6. Pigeon Forge Snow
70 degrees and snowing? This is the forecast everyday at Pigeon Forge Snow! With summertime approaching we’re forced to say goodbye to snow days, but here in Pigeon Forge we’re just saying hello! The first indoor snow tubing and play facility has hit Pigeon Forge and it’s open all year long! Come enjoy all the winter fun while staying comfortable at 70- degrees. This 35,000- sq. ft. facility includes a snow play area and 15- 200ft. lanes for tubing!
After hitting the lanes, be sure to head over to the snow play area for more winter fun. Build incredible snowmen and form chilly snow angels. The snack bar will have you covered after all that fun! Grab some hot cocoa and relax while watching all the fun from a second level!
